Electrical conductivity

In accordance with DIN 51 953, between 104 and 107 ohms and therefore compliant with the Workplace Regulations for potentially explosive atmospheres in Zones 0, 1 and 10 (maximum permissible value: 108 ohms)

Flatness

In line with the level of the existing concrete substrate; where necessary, installation in accordance with DIN 18 202, Table 3, row 3 or 4, is possible subject to a specific agreement

Prism strength

d i s t o n – Industrial flooring:

  • Compressive strength > 50 N/mm²
  • Flexural tensile strength > 6 N/mm²

Joints

  • Seamless across the surface
  • Press-fit joints at the exposed edges
  • Building joints must be formed using suitable joint profiles

Installation requirements

Substrate:
Concrete, minimum grade C20/25 (B 25) or d i s p a c foundation slab; surface must be firm, rough, open-pored and free from slurry, release films and loose particles

For the top layer:
Roof and external walls must be watertight and sealed, draught-free and rainproof
Minimum temperature +5 °C
