The jointless, unreinforced base slab serves as a sub-base for virtually all types of surfacing.

Areas of application

  • Floor slabs in all types of industrial buildings
  • Floor slabs for supporting precast concrete slabs and floating screeds

  • Surface reinforcement for assembly areas and special-purpose applications

  • 18 cm base slab made of unreinforced concrete

Load-bearing capacity

Standard version:

  • Distributed loads up to 100 kN/m²
  • Concentrated loads up to 60 kN

Surface

  • Non-slip and free from sludge
  • Rolling marks visible

Flatness

  • ± 1.5 cm across the surface,
  • edges must be considered separately

Joints

  • Seamless across the surface
  • Edge joints between the base and rising structural elements
  • Press joints at the points where the structure meets the ground

Installation requirements

For the base slab:
Vehicle-traffic-grade sub-base in accordance with ZTVE-StB 94; weather conditions and subsoil must be frost-free;
Ev2 > 100 MN/m², Ev2/Ev1 < 2.5
