Areas of application

  • Floor slabs in all types of industrial buildings
  • Floor slabs in deep-freeze and cold stores

Standard version

  • As required, 15–25 cm thick – Base slab
  • Special formulation reinforced with steel, glass or PP fibres, or reinforcing steel

Load-bearing capacity

Standard version:

  • Distributed loads up to 100 kN/m²
  • Concentrated loads up to 30 kN

Surface

  • Surface-finished, with wear layers as required

Flatness

  • DIN 18202, Table 3

Joints

  • Depending on the type of construction and application
  • Edge joints between the base and the rising structural elements

Installation requirements

  • Sub-base in accordance with ZTVE-StB 94
  • Ev2 > 80 MN/m², Ev2/Ev1 < 2.5
    Insulation layers > 100 kPa for refrigeration and deep-freeze applications
  • Soil frost-free
  • Roof and external walls airtight and sealed
  • Draught-free
  • Minimum temperature + 5 °C
